OUR FACILITATOR FOR THE CAMPFIRE: Catherine Kraus is executive coach and the founder of re.invent women. She also is the founder of the global Women’s Network at Adidas – connecting +1200 members worldwide with mentoring and career development programs. Her lifelong mission is to evoke positive change for women in leadership.

Her career has had many twists and turns along the way – she’s had to “reinvent” herself many times - she worked in multiple business areas throughout her career including consulting and project management roles in marketing, IT, finance and HR. She’s a certified coach (CPCC – Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute) and her formal education includes a master’s degree in Business (MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management).
